Hi, I’m Pogo
Pogo is a gentle giant who enjoys love and affection. He would love a quiet home where he can have indoor and outdoor time with him family. He enjoys being close and seeking out attention from those around him. Pogo is quite calm and gentle with his interactions. Pogo doesn't jump up and likes to give gentle slobbery kisses. Nevertheless, he can be worried by some doorways and stairs: needs encouragement here. Pogo may seem somewhat hesitant in the home so will need to support him if he becomes worried. He knows how to sit and can lure to 'down' easily with food. Pogo is a little on the lean side so will need to gain some weight. Offer meals from enrichment to see what challenges he enjoys. Pogo is open to the right family - must meet all children at time of adoption to make sure he is comfortable with them. He'll also need to meet other dogs. Pogo is not suited to dog parks and he will need thorough meets with other calm female doggos.

- While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
